What you'll need (honest list)
No coding. But I want you to know exactly what this runs on before you buy.
- A Make.com account. The free plan is enough to start.
- Your Etsy shop (the automation reads it through Etsy's free RSS feed).
- An OpenAI API key for the AI captions. This is a small usage cost, often just a few cents per run.
- The social accounts you want to post to: a Facebook Page, an Instagram Business account linked to that Page, and a Pinterest account.

Questions you might have
I have never used Make. Will I be lost?
No. The blueprint is already built, so you are not creating anything from scratch. You import one file and follow the guide, where I show every step with screenshots. If you can follow a recipe, you can do this.
What if I only want Pinterest, or don't want Facebook?
Totally fine. All three platforms are in the one template, and I show you the single click to turn any of them off. Keep the ones you want, switch off the rest.
Does this work for digital products and printables, not just physical?
Yes. If it is a listing in your Etsy shop, the automation can pull it and post it.
How much does it cost to run?
The Make free plan covers a normal posting schedule, and the AI captions run through your own OpenAI key, which is usually just a few cents per run. You are not paying me anything ongoing, just the one-time price.
Do I need to be on camera or make content?
Not at all. That is the whole point. This keeps your shop visible while you stay behind the scenes building it.
